Our internal performance standards are very rigorous. We have strict internal rules, organization and policy, as well as strict criteria of staff selection, ensuring impeccable work ethic.
Continuous training programs ensure that partners and lawyers maintain their high standard of knowledge and service and are keeping up with latest legal developments. Training seminars provide the opportunity to discuss law changes and impact of these changes on our client’s interests.

Our People
We have in-house lawyers, trainees and other paralegal personnel. We also have in house accountants, librarians, and experienced administrative personnel. Our firm has a vast network of associate lawyers, as well as other paralegal professionals all around Greece. Our firm has a very strict evaluation system for its personnel. The qualitative and quantitative performance is controlled based on specific criteria, compliance principles and internal regulations.

We have a library of 2500 volumes, and a majority of legal periodicals, catalogued with the international standard UNIMARC and sorted by taxonomic system DEWEY.
Access to the main international and Greek digital databases provides direct information on developments in legislation, case-law and literature. Our firm has given particular emphasis in the latest technology, by employing the most upgraded infrastructure. We use selected and reliable software, giving information to our clients on a real time basis. We employ permanent, well trained staff, which deals with the function of the systems.
This ensures the direct supervision of all on going cases, and the efficient allocation to any urgent matter.
